Molli draws inspiration from Abbotsford’s historical charm, evoking a sense of warmth and nostalgia. The inviting interior showcases textured concrete walls, custom joinery, and plush leather and tweed banquettes. Local artwork and handpicked antiques, sourced from the nearby store Rohan Fielding, add a personal touch. This carefully curated ambiance brings character and comfort, merging old-world charm with a modern aesthetic and features Sphera’s Disc Pendant, Lira Downlight, Cilindro Mini, Perri Adjustable, Cilindro Pendant, Profilo 0709 and Profilo 1613.
Central to the restaurant is an open kitchen that flows seamlessly into a bar area adorned with a vintage record player and curated records, infusing the space with retro charm. Lighting by Sphera softens the edges of materials like walnut, spotted gum, American oak, and Tasmanian oak, which interplay harmoniously with rich, dark stones like Emperador and the unique, starry Galacticus.
